The County Veterans Service Officer Association (CVSOA) was organized in 1950 and is the state's only all veteran service officers advocate for the veterans of the state of Florida.

The CVSOA has a single purpose, service to veterans and their dependents at no cost and without discrimination. Veteran Service Officers know the extent, the meaning and the application of the laws that have been passed by the U.S. Congress and State Legislature, in the interest of the Veterans  and their dependents. They also have knowledge in the best way suited to the need of every individual Veteran or beneficiary requesting their services. All information conveyed to the staff is privileged and will be held in strictest confidence.
